Els Vermang

Born in Belgium in 1981, Els Vermang is a Brussels-based artist and exhibition curator interested in the interaction between materiality and immateriality. Using both traditional and non-traditional techniques and materials, her works are the expression of a systematically applied process using an elementary vocabulary. Drawing inspiration from scientific and philosophical considerations, her works are conceptual and place mathematics and physics in perspective.
